Chocolate bark is probably the easiest and relatively healthy dessert/ snack that I like to make! It only takes about five minutes to prepare, about an hour to refrigerate and you have a yummy treat ready to enjoy!

You can really add whatever you like to your chocolate bark, but I decided to add some nuts and dried fruit in order to make mine a little healthier. I also decided to use vegan dark chocolate. See below for the full list of ingredients and instructions.

    chocolate bark

    What you will need

    • 1 ½ cup chocolate chips
    • almonds
    • pumpkin seeds
    • walnuts
    • pecans
    • pistachios
    • cranberries
    • dried apricots- chopped
    chocolate bark

    How to make it

    • Start by melting the chocolate.
    • Next, spread it over a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper.
    • Then sprinkle the nuts and dried fruit on top.
    • Place the chocolate bark in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
    • Then break it up by either cutting it with a knife, or breaking it up with your hands and enjoy!

Here is a little video I made of the process.
