Chocolate Bark

Chocolate Bark

Jump to Recipe

Chocolate bark is probably the easiest and relatively healthy dessert/ snack that I like to make! It only takes about five minutes to prepare, about an hour to refrigerate and you have a yummy treat ready to enjoy!

You can really add whatever you please to your chocolate bark, but I decided to add some nuts and dried fruit in order to make mine a little healthier. I also decided to use vegan dark chocolate. See below for the full list of ingredients and instructions.

How to make it

Start by melting the chocolate.

Next, spread it over a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper.

Then sprinkle the nuts and dried fruit on top.

Place the chocolate bark in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.

Then break it up by either cutting it with a knife, or breaking it up with your hands and enjoy!

Here is a little video I made of the process.
