I love creating easy, delicious, and nutritious snacks and desserts that are easily made and can be taken anywhere to go. I'm always on the go and traveling, so being able to carry a nutritious snack with me is super important. These berry cashew protein bites are perfect for that!
What you will need
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup cashew butter
- ¼ cup plant protein powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¾ cup freeze dried raspberries

How to make your berry cashew protein bites
- To a large bowl, add the coconut shreds, cashew butter, plant protein powder, and maple syrup.
- Combine them well.
- Add the freeze dried raspberries. They will break up into pieces as you mix them, which is what you want.
- Form the mixture into balls and refrigerate for about one hour.
