    Ingredients

    ✨Chips Ingredients

    • 1-2 apples I used honeycrisp
    • cinnamon

    ✨Dip Ingredients

    • ¼ cup vegan yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon vegan vanilla protein powder
    • 2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
    • optional: a few teaspoons of maple syrup for sweetness

    Instructions

    • Thinly slice your apple horizontally, then remove the core.
    • Line the apples on a tray, sprinkle cinnamon, and air fry at 350*F for 15 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
    • Note: the time you need to air fry them will depend on how thick you slice the apples, as well as your air fryer, so keep an eye on them!
    • While the apples are in the air fryer, whisk together the ingredients for your high-protein yogurt dip.
    • Once the apples are done, give them 5-10 minutes to cool off and get more crispy, then dip them into the yogurt dip and enjoy!
