    Ingredients

    Ingredients

    • 1 apple
    • 9 medjool dates
    • melted dark chocolate
    • crushed peanuts

    Peanut Butter Layer

    • 3 tablespoon peanut butter
    • 1 tablespoon oat flour
    • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

    Instructions

    • Wash and dry your apple, and stick a popsicle stick in the middle.
    • Remove the pit from each date and lay flat on a piece of parchment paper. Line the 3 by 3 dates and place another piece of parchment paper on top.
    • Use a rolling pin to roll the dates until you flatten them. Remove the top parchment paper.
    • Place the apple in the middle and wrap the dates around it, making sure the whole apple is covered with dates. Remove the parchment paper.
    • Mix the peanut butter, oat flour, and coconut oil, and microwave them for about 30 seconds, so they have a runnier consistency.
    • Cover the date layer with a layer of peanut butter, then place in the freezer for at least an hour, so it can harden a little.
    • Melt the chocolate and fully coat the apple in a layer of chocolate.
    • Crush up some peanuts and coat the outside of the apple with them. Place in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
    • Slice and enjoy!
