Wash and dry your apple, and stick a popsicle stick in the middle.
Remove the pit from each date and lay flat on a piece of parchment paper. Line the 3 by 3 dates and place another piece of parchment paper on top.
Use a rolling pin to roll the dates until you flatten them. Remove the top parchment paper.
Place the apple in the middle and wrap the dates around it, making sure the whole apple is covered with dates. Remove the parchment paper.
Mix the peanut butter, oat flour, and coconut oil, and microwave them for about 30 seconds, so they have a runnier consistency.
Cover the date layer with a layer of peanut butter, then place in the freezer for at least an hour, so it can harden a little.
Melt the chocolate and fully coat the apple in a layer of chocolate.
Crush up some peanuts and coat the outside of the apple with them. Place in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
Slice and enjoy!
