Hi everyone! It is week four of baked oats and I’m back with the last (for now) variation on baked oats that I have created! I have always loved the subtle flavors of chocolate and coffee that tiramisu offers and it has long been one of my favorite desserts. In this recipe, I used those flavors to create a healthy tiramisu oatmeal.

What you will need for your tiramisu oatmeal
Tiramisu Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup dairy free milk
Coconut “Mascarpone” Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar ground to a powder or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla

How to make it
- To a blender, combine the banana, oats, baking powder, cashew butter, maple syrup, cacao, coffee, vanilla, salt, and milk.
- Blend everything until you have a liquid consistency.
- Add the tiramisu batter to an oven safe bowl and bake for 20-25 minute at 350F/ 175C.
- While the oats are baking, create the coconut “mascarpone” topping.
- To a bowl, whisk together the coconut cream, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Refrigerate.
- When the oats are ready, give them plenty of time to cool off before adding the topping, or the coconut topping will melt.
- Once the oats have cooled off, top the oats the coconut mascarpone and add more cacao powder on top.
