Vegan Chocolate Chip Waffles

Chocolate chips make everything better, and these waffles are fluffy, delicious, and full of them! They are also vegan, of course. I love making these vegan chocolate chip waffles for myself, or making them for my friends for brunch dates.

What you will need

1 cup flour⁣
1 tbsp baking powder⁣
1 tbsp sugar⁣
1 tbsp coconut oil⁣
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup dairy free milk⁣
3/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips⁣

How to create your chocolate chip waffles

Combine your dry ingredients first and mix them well.

Then add in the coconut oil and milk.

Once they are combined, fold in the chocolate chips.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of the batter into your waffle maker (more if you are using a larger waffle maker).

Cook until the waffles are golden brown.
