There’s no better breakfast to wake up to on a Saturday or Sunday morning than chocolate chip pancakes. These vegan chocolate chip pancakes have become my favorite breakfast recipe in the last few months. I have made them for my friends, family, boyfriend, and pretty much everyone in my life and so far everyone has become a total fan of them. I can’t wait to share them with you too!

What you will need for these vegan chocolate chip pancakes
The ingredients in these pancakes are actually super simple. You will need:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar (I used coconut)
- 1 cup dairy free milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips
How to make your chocolate chip pancakes
Combine your dry ingredients first and mix them well. Then add in the coconut oil and milk. Once they are combined, fold in the chocolate chips. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes so the baking powder can activate.
Grease a pan with some coconut oil and turn the heat on to medium. Then take 1/4 cup scoop to make each pancake. Cook for a few minutes on each side and then flip. Top with some plant based butter and maple syrup.
