The first day of fall has officially passed, and summer days are coming to end here in the midwest. Fortunately, the weather is still surprisingly great, so I’m choosing to pretend I’m on a tropical island by eating this delicious pina colada smoothie bowl topped with a Coconut Lime GoodPop- which is basically just a delicious frozen coconut popsicle! Let me show you how I make it 🙂

What you will need

Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (from a can)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana

Toppings:

Putting together your pina colada smoothie

Once you have your ingredient, the rest is easy! Add the coconut milk, pineapple and banana to a blender. Blend until everything is smooth and creamy, transfer to your bowl and add your toppings!
