The first day of fall has officially passed, and summer days are coming to end here in the midwest. Fortunately, the weather is still surprisingly great, so I’m choosing to pretend I’m on a tropical island by eating this delicious pina colada smoothie bowl topped with Coconut Lime GoodPop. Let me show you how I make it 🙂
This post is sponsored by GoodPop. You guys know that I love their frozen treats and they have been my favorite refreshment throughout the hot days this summer. For this recipe, I wanted to highlight one of my favorite flavors- Coconut Lime. You can find all of GoodPop‘s organic, vegan, and gluten free flavors on their website here and use code VEGGIE to get 20% off your online purchase.
I’m so happy to be partnering with GoodPop because, in addition to having delicious vegan treats, they also support amazing organizations. As part of their Pledge Good campaign, GoodPop is raising money for Emancipet, which is an organization that makes vet care accessible and affordable for everyone. As a pet owner of my precious baby beagle Damon, I know how expensive taking your pet to the vet can be, and I think it’s so important to have an organization that helps us provide the quality care that our furry BFFs need. For every good deed pledged, GoodPop will donate $1 to Emancipet. You can find more information about GoodPop’s Pledge Good program and how you can get involved on their page here.
Now let’s get into making our pina colada smoothie bowl!

This smoothie bowl is actually so simple to make. All you will need for the smoothie are:

Coconut Lime Good Pop
Putting together your pina colada smoothie
Once you have your ingredient, the rest is easy! Add the coconut milk, pineapple and banana to a blender. Blend until everything is smooth and creamy, transfer to your bowl and add your toppings!
