    Peanut Butter & Jelly Baked Oatmeal

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup oats 80 g
    • 1 cup oat flour oat flour is just ground up oats. You will need 80 g of it
    • ¾ cup mashed banana about 2 large ripe bananas
    • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoon creamy natural peanut butter
    • ¼ cup maple syrup
    • ¼ cup dairy-free milk
    • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • large dollops of creamy peanut butter and raspberry jelly to swirl on top

    Instructions
     

    • In a large bowl, mash up the bananas. Then add the peanut butter, maple syrup, milk, flax, baking powder, vanilla, salt, oats, and oat flour. Mix everything well until combined.
    • Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the oat mixture into the baking tray.
    • Add large dollops of peanut butter and jelly all over the top of the oats. Use a knife to swirl them around and combine.
    • Bake the oats for 25-28 minutes at 350*F.
