This recipe is a really simple one, but it's one of my favorite go-tos when I am craving an easy and refreshing snack or breakfast that is nutritious, which is why I wanted to share it with you all! Here is how I make my favorite easy green smoothie bowl.
What you will need for your green smoothie bowl
A green smoothie can be made in so many different ways, but here is what I like to add to mine:
- large handful of spinach
- 2 frozen bananas
- handful of frozen mango
- 1 kiwi
- fresh grated ginger
I also love adding a scoop of protein powder or greens powder.
Combine all of your ingredients to a blender and blend until everything is smooth.

Equipment
- blender
Ingredients
- Large handful of spinach
- 2 frozen bananas
- Handful of frozen mango
- 1 kiwi
- Fresh grated ginger
- 1 scoop of protein powder or green powder
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients to a blender, then blend on high speed for several minutes.
- I topped mine with fresh kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, and coconut chips.
