I love making healthy no bake desserts, and these chocolate chip cookie dough truffles are super easy to make and really yummy too! They are vegan and made with coconut flour. I hope you enjoy them!
What you need to make cookie dough truffles
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
How to make the truffles
- To a large bowl, add the peanut butter, coconut flour, maple, vanilla, and salt. Combine those ingredients well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mix them in.
- Scoop up a small amount of cookie dough into your hands and roll into a ball. I made mine about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the cookie dough bites into a plate or bowl. Repeat this until you run out of cookie dough.
- If you make the bites 1 inch in diameter, you should get 12 bites.
- I suggest storing them in a closed container in room temperature, so that the chocolate can be softer when you snack on them.
