It's almost time for Thanksgiving again! Every year for Thanksgiving, I make this delicious vegan pumpkin pie for my family. None of them are vegan, and they love it and come back for seconds every time! I hope you and your family try this easy and yummy pumpkin pie this fall season!
What you will need to make the pie
- 2 cups pumpkin purée (about 1 can of pumpkin)
- 1 cup coconut cream (from a can)
- ¼ maple syrup
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- frozen pie crust
How to make the best vegan pumpkin pie
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl.
- Mix everything well with a hand mixer.
- Then transfer the mixture to your pie crust and bake for 50-60 minutes at 350*F.
- Once the pie is done, make sure to leave it plenty of time to cool!
