These Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer cookies are so cute and yummy too! They are the perfect treat to bring to holiday parties and family gatherings. They are also so much fun to make with kids!
What you will need for the reindeer cookies
Cookie Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup cacao
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup dairy free milk
Toppings
- vanilla frosting (to glue down the decorations)
- pretzels
- googly eyes
- pink/red candy
How to make the cookies
- Start by combining all of the cookie ingredients to a large bowl and mixing them well.
- Roll the cookies into balls and place onto a baking tray.
- Press down the tops of the cookies to flatten them out.
- Bake for ten minutes at 350*F.
- After the cookies have baked, give them plenty of time to cool off before decorating them.
- Once the cookies have cooled, add a tiny bit of frosting to the pretzels and place and hold them down on top of the cookie. Then do the same with the eyes and nose.
- Refrigerate the cookies so that the frosting can harden and enjoy!
