I have recently been LOVING chia pudding! It is such a healthy treat that tastes like dessert, but is packed with protein, fiber, and Omega-3’s. I made this chia pudding extra creamy and delicious- the secret ingredient is using coconut milk from a can. The pudding turns out so much thicker and creamier, and the taste of coconut adds and extra delicious flavor! I also added some cacao powder and protein powder to this recipe to make it extra chocolatey, healthy, and so yummy. I hope you like this chocolate protein chia pudding recipe!

What you will need
1 can coconut milk
2 tbsp cacao
2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup chia seeds
How to create your chocolate protein chia pudding
To a bowl, add the can of coconut milk, cacao, protein powder, maple syrup and vanilla.
Stir the ingredients.
Next add the chia seeds and stir them in well.
Place a lid or some plastic wrap on top of your bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy as is, or add some coconut whip and raspberries!

Ingredients
