    Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding

    I have recently been LOVING chia pudding! It is such a healthy treat that tastes like dessert, but is packed with protein, fiber, and Omega-3's. I made this chia pudding extra creamy and delicious- the secret ingredient is using coconut milk from a can. The pudding turns out so much thicker and creamier, and the taste of coconut adds and extra delicious flavor! I also added some cacao powder and protein powder to this recipe to make it extra chocolatey, healthy, and so yummy. I hope you like this chocolate protein chia pudding recipe!

    What you will need

    • 1 can coconut milk
    • 2 tablespoon cacao
    • 2 tablespoon chocolate protein powder
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
    • ½ teaspoon vanilla
    • ⅓ cup chia seeds

    How to create your chocolate protein chia pudding

    • To a bowl, add the can of coconut milk, cacao, protein powder, maple syrup and vanilla.
    • Stir the ingredients.
    • Next add the chia seeds and stir them in well.
    • Place a lid or some plastic wrap on top of your bowl and refrigerate overnight.
    • Enjoy as is, or add some coconut whip and raspberries!
