Vanilla Cake (Vegan, GF)
flour almond flour cornstarch sugar baking soda salt flax eggs dairy free milk apple cider vinegar vanilla coconut oil vegan cream cheese powdered sugar
Mix all of the wet and dry ingredients together.
Pour the batter into two lined and greased pans. Bake the cakes for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden in color.
While the cake is baking, whisk together the frosting ingredients.
Add a large dollop of frosting and spread it on top of the first cake layer. I also added strawberry slices here.
Add the second layer of cake on top. Now cover the cake with half of the frosting and refrigerate.
After the cake has been in the fridge for about an hour, use the remainder of the frosting to frost the rest of the cake.
Refrigerate the cake for about another hour until the frosting hardens, then slice and enjoy!
