Valentine's Day Heart Pancakes Recipe

Delicious and fun heart shaped pancakes to spice up your Valentine's Day! These pancakes come out super fluffy and they are also vegan.

- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup dairy free milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- large and small heart cookie cutter and strawberries and maple syrup to top
Start by adding all of the pancake ingredients to a large bowl and combining them well.
Then oil the pan with some coconut oil and place the cookie cutter on top.
Add a few tablespoons of batter inside of the cookie cutter.
Use a spoon to spread the batter evenly, so you get an evenly flat pancake.
Cook for 3-5 minutes, then lift and remove the cookie cutter gently.
Flip the pancake and finish cooking it on the other side.
Repeat this with all of the pancakes.
I topped mine with strawberries that I also cut out into hearts, and some maple syrup.
