Frozen yogurt bark incorporates the goodness of yogurt and an array of fresh fruits making a delicious yet healthy snack option the whole family will love! It’s easy to make with only a handful of ingredients and requires absolutely no baking or cooking.
In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt and protein powder.
Line a baking tray or plate with parchment paper, then transfer the yogurt on top.
Spread it out into an even layer using a spoon or spatula.
Add a few dollops of peanut butter on top of the yogurt and use a butter knife to swirl it around (this part is optional).
Add chopped strawberries, blueberries, mango slices, kiwi slices, blueberries, and granola on top.
Place the yogurt bark in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Once it has been fully frozen, use a knife or your hands to break it apart and dig in!

Give your healthy frozen yogurt bark time to setup. It really needs a solid six hours to fully set up in the freezer. If possible make it the day before.Chop the fruit up into small pieces. Line your baking tray with parchment paper or wax paper so the yogurt fruit bark is much easier to remove from the pan and break up into smaller pieces.Store yogurt bark in the freezer for up to three months in the freezer. After breaking it up into pieces, store in a container with a piece of parchment paper between the layers.
