Notes

Give your healthy frozen yogurt bark time to setup. It really needs a solid six hours to fully set up in the freezer. If possible make it the day before.
Chop the fruit up into small pieces.
Line your baking tray with parchment paper or wax paper so the yogurt fruit bark is much easier to remove from the pan and break up into smaller pieces.
Store yogurt bark in the freezer for up to three months in the freezer. After breaking it up into pieces, store in a container with a piece of parchment paper between the layers. Make sure it's well covered or inside an airtight container to keep ice crystals from forming.
Make sure you choose a pan that fits in you freezer and can remain flat.
Get creative with your favorite fruits and toppings! The possibilities are endless, and you can tailor the recipe to suit your personal preferences
