17 oz puff pastry 3-4 apples maple syrup vegan butter
Cut up the puff pastry into about 3 by 5 inch rectangles.
Wash and slice the apple into thin slices.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Drizzle some maple syrup on the parchment paper, then add 4-5 apple slices on top and top with more maple syrup.
Top the apples with the puff pastry rectangle and press down on the corners to seal them.
