Ingredients
  

  • 1 handful strawberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 100 grams frozen acai about 1 handful. I use Sambazon unsweetened açaí globes or their individual acai packets
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 2-3 tablespoon vegan yogurt
  • ¼ cup dairy-free milk

Instructions
 

  • To a blender, add all of the ingredients, then blend for several minutes until you get a very smooth and luxurious texture.
  • Transfer to a glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • When placing the ingredients into your blender, add the liquid first, as this makes it easier for the blender to process.
  • For a thicker smoothie, use frozen bananas, ideally those that have been sliced. This will create an almost ice cream-like texture in the smoothie.
  • If you’re using frozen fruit, you may need to add more dairy-free milk in small amounts to help thin the protein shake.
