Ingredients
  

  • Large handful of spinach
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Handful of frozen mango
  • 1 kiwi
  • Fresh grated ginger
  • 1 scoop of protein powder or green powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients to a blender, then blend on high speed for several minutes.
  • I topped mine with fresh kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, and coconut chips.
