Equipment

  • muffin pan
  • muffin liners

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour use oat flour to make these gluten free
  • 3 mashed bananas helps if they are soft and spotty
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup agave
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix your dry ingredients- the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients- the mashed bananas, coconut oil, almond milk, agave, and vanilla.
  • Add half of the dry ingredients to the wet and mix well.
  • Then add the rest of the dry ingredients. It helps to add the dry ingredients in two parts because it makes mixing easier. Also helps if you use a hand mixer, but that's totally optional.
  • Line a muffin pan with muffin liners and pour the batter in the muffin cups.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
