Ingredients  flour sugar cornstarch dairy-free milk coconut oil vanilla salt

Combine all of the ingredients to a large bowl or a food processor. Blend until you have a smooth batter.

Use a ladle to add the batter to a nonstick pan. Cook the crepe until golden and then flip and cook on the other side.

Repeat this for all of the crepes.

Top the crepes with your toppings of choice. I added strawberries, bananas, melted dark chocolate, and peanut butter.

Top with powdered sugar and enjoy!
