Vegan Garlic Bread

Ingredients  loaf of bread  vegan butter garlic chopped parsley nutritional yeast sea salt

Cut off the top of the bulb of garlic and generously drizzle it with olive oil.


Wrap the garlic in foil and roast it at 450*F for 35-40 minutes.


Allow the garlic to cool off for a few minutes. Once cooled, squeeze out the insides of the garlic into a bowl.


Next, add the vegan butter, parsley, nutritional yeast, and salt. Mix them well.


Slice the bread the long way (hot dog style). Divide up the garlic butter and spread it on the bread in a thick layer.


Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake the bread for 15 minutes until golden.


Slice up the bread, dip in some tomato soup and enjoy!
