To a large bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients and mix them well.

Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk them together.

Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and level out the top. Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350*F.

In a medium bowl, whisk up the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and zest. Refrigerate the frosting.

When the loaf is done baking, allow it to cool off fully at room temperature. Then add the cream cheese frosting on top.
