Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
gnocchi pasta red bell pepper tomatoes onion garlic tomato paste soaked cashews nutritional yeast plant based milk olive oil basil oregano salt pepper
Chop the red pepper, tomatoes, and onion and peel the garlic cloves. Place them on a baking tray.
Drizzle olive oil, add basil, oregano, flakey salt, and pepper and bake.
Transfer veggies to a food processor and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until you have a creamy and smooth sauce.
Combine the red pepper sauce to the pasta and stir them well.
Serve the gnocchi with fresh basil & dairy free parmesan.
