Roasted Beet Hummus

Ingredients  chickpeas beets garlic lemon olive oil tahini cumin paprika salt & pepper a few ice cubes

Start by drizzling the bulb of garlic in oil and then wrap it in foil. Do the same with the beet. Roast them in the oven for 45 minutes.


Add all of the roasted garlic and beets, along with the rest of the ingredients to the food processor.


Blend until smooth and creamy.


Transfer to a bowl and top with toppings of choice.
