Vegan Homemade Protein Bars
peanut butter vanilla protein powder almond flour maple syrup chocolate chips melted chocolate coconut oil
Combine the peanut butter, protein powder, almond flour, and maple syrup well. Fold in chocolate chips.
Transfer the cookie dough into the baking dish and pack it in tightly. Make sure to create a flat, even layer.
Melt your chocolate, combine the coconut oil and mix well.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the cookie dough layer and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
Top them with some flakey salt, slice, and enjoy!
