Healthier Date "Snickers"
dates crunchy peanut butter dark chocolate flakey salt crushed peanuts
Cut each date in half and remove the pit.
Fill the middle with peanut butter. Add more peanuts if you have them (I just didn't have any at home!).
Repeat this process with as many dates as you want.
Dip each date in the melted dark chocolate. Then line on a baking tray or a plate covered with parchment paper.
Drizzle the remaining chocolate on top and add flakey salt.
Freeze the dates until the chocolate hardens and enjoy!
