Crispy Garlic Smashed Potatoes
Boil a bag of baby potatoes. Then transfer them to a baking dish.
Using a flat bottomed glass or a potato masher, smash each baby potato.
Make a garlic olive oil glaze by mixing olive oil & roasted garlic (instructions on how to roast the garlic in the post).
Use a brush to brush on the garlic oil on each smashed potato.
Bake the smashed potatoes in the oven, or air fry them. Instructions for both in the post.
While the potatoes are baking, make the vegan honey mustard sauce.
Dip the crispy smashed potatoes in the honey mustard sauce and enjoy!
