Blueberry Oatmeal Bars
almond flour oats baking powder maple syrup coconut oil blueberries lemon sugar vanilla cornstarch
Add all of the filling ingredients to a pan.
Mash up the blueberries using a potato masher.
Cook until the filling starts to thicken.
Combine the crust ingredients.
Add the crust to a pan, then top with the filling, and finally more oat crust on top.
Bake, slice, and enjoy!
