- 2 frozen bananas
- Handful of frozen mango
- 1 kiwi
- Fresh grated ginger
- 1 scoop of protein powder or green powder
Combine all of the ingredients to a blender, then blend on high speed for several minutes.
I topped mine with fresh kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, and coconut chips.
