Mix together the granola ingredients. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners, then divide the granola into about 10 cups. Press down each cup to create an even layer.
Note: I saved some of the granola and toasted it in a pan until crispy. Then topped the cups with the toasted granola.
Whisk together the yogurt ingredients and top each cup with the mixture.
Top with berries and some extra granola. Freeze for a few hours or overnight and enjoy!
Notes
Topping Them: Save some of the granola mixture and toast it in a pan until crispy, then top the cups with the extra granola for added crunch.
Chopping Fruit: Make sure to chop the fruit into small bite-sized pieces so that you can fit a variety onto the cups.
Nut Butters: You can easily change the flavor of the yogurt cups by using an almond or cashew butter in place of peanut butter.
