This vegan cottage cheese recipe tastes just like traditional cottage cheese, but without the dairy! It's high in protein & so easy to make.

Equipment

  • medium bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz silken tofu about a full package
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 8 oz firm tofu about half of a package

Instructions
 

  • Add the silken tofu, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl, then use your hands to crumble the firm tofu on top.
  • Stir everything together, then add to whatever you want!
  • This recipe gets you about 2 cups of vegan cottage cheese.
