Healthier Date Snickers (only 4 ingredients)

These healthy date "snickers" really taste like snickers, but contain only 4 simple ingredients. They're the perfect snack or dessert!

  • dates
  • crunchy peanut butter
  • dark chocolate
  • flakey salt
  • crushed peanuts optional

Directions

  • Cut each date in half and remove the pit.
  • Fill the middle with peanut butter. Add more peanuts if you have them (I just didn't have any at home!).
  • Repeat this process with as many dates as you want.
  • Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave.
  • Dip each date fully in the dark chocolate. Then line on a baking tray or a plate covered with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle the remaining chocolate on top and add flakey salt.
  • Freeze the dates until the chocolate hardens and enjoy!
