Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon blanched almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon corn starch
  • 3 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup dairy free milk
  • buffalo sauce
  • optional: vegan ranch

Instructions

  • To a large bowl, combine the almond flour, corn starch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and milk. Combine them well.
  • Wash the head of cauliflower and cut it up into smaller pieces. Then dip each piece into the batter until it is fully coated in it. Then line the pieces on a baking tray.
  • Line the baking tray with parchment paper instead of foil- it makes the pieces way less likely to stick.
  • Bake the buffalo cauliflower for 20 minutes at 450F/ 230C. Then take it out and let it cool off for a few minutes.
  • Pour some buffalo sauce into a new bowl, and dip each piece of cauliflower into the bowl until it is fully covered in buffalo sauce.
  • Put the cauliflower back on the baking tray and bake for another 20 minutes.
  • Dip the cauliflower bites into some vegan ranch and enjoy!
