Start by combining the dry ingredients to a bowl- the oat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix those well.
In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients- the peanut butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and milk. Mix those well.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and combine.
Transfer the batter from the bowl to a large piping bag.
Cut the end of the piping bag with scissors.
Pipe the donut batter into a donut mold. (Grease the pan beforehand if you are not using a nonstick pan).
Bake the donuts for 12-14 minutes at 350*F/ 180*C.
While the donuts are baking, combine the glaze ingredients in a bowl.
When the donuts are done baking, give them 20-30 minutes to cool before removing them from the mold so that they can set and they don't fall apart. Then set them on a cooling rack and allow them to cool for a few more minutes.
Once the donuts have cooled, take each one and dip it into the chocolate glaze.
Set the donuts back on the cooling rack until the chocolate hardens and enjoy!
The donuts definitely taste best when eaten that same day! But they last for 3-5 days- store in the fridge in an airtight container.
