Delicious, fluffy, and super easy to make chocolate waffles! These are also dairy free and vegan.

Equipment

  • waffle maker
  • large bowl
  • mixing spoon
  • measuring cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour⁣
  • 2 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon sugar⁣
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder⁣
  • 1 cup dairy free milk⁣
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil⁣
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix them well, until you have a thick batter.
  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of the batter into your waffle maker (more if you are using a larger waffle maker) and cook for several minutes until both sides are slightly crispy.
  • I made 8 small waffles with this recipe.
