This chia pudding recipe makes for the thickest, creamiest, and fluffies chia dessert! It's vegan and gluten free, and super delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • To a bowl, add the coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  • Stir all of the ingredients well.
  • Cover the bowl with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Your chia pudding will be thick, creamy, and ready to enjoy in the morning.
  • I like topping mine with berries.
