This chia pudding recipe makes for the thickest, creamiest, and fluffies chia dessert! It's vegan and gluten free, and super delicious.

- 1 can coconut milk
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
To a bowl, add the coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Stir all of the ingredients well.
Cover the bowl with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
Your chia pudding will be thick, creamy, and ready to enjoy in the morning.
I like topping mine with berries.
