Vegan Chocolate Chip Waffles Recipe
These vegan chocolate chip waffles are so fluffy and light, and make for the perfect breakfast or brunch recipe!
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup dairy free milk
- 3/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Combine your dry ingredients first and mix them well.
Then add in the coconut oil and milk.
Once they are combined, fold in the chocolate chips.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of the batter into your waffle maker (more if you are using a larger waffle maker).
Cook until the waffles are golden brown.
