Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding Recipe

This chocolate chia pudding is super thick, creamy, and chocolatey. It tastes like dessert, but is actually packed with healthy ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon cacao
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • cup chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • To a bowl, add the can of coconut milk, cacao, protein powder, maple syrup and vanilla.
  • Stir the ingredients.
  • Next add the chia seeds and stir them in well.
  • Place a lid or some plastic wrap on top of your bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  • Enjoy as is, or add some coconut whip and raspberries!
