Ingredients
  

Chocolate Pancake Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon cacao or chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup dairy free milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Chocolate Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon chocolate protein powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cacao

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding all of the pancake ingredients to a large bowl and mixing them well.
  • Grease your pan with coconut oil and add about ¼ cup of batter to the pan for each pancake.
  • Cook each pancake for 2-4 minutes on each side.
  • To make the sauce, start by melting the coconut oil first. I melt mine by microwaving it for 30 seconds.
  • Then add the maple syrup, chocolate protein powder, and cacao and stir them together.
  • Pour the chocolate sauce over the pancakes.
  • Optional: top with fruit of your choice. I added banana slices to mine.
