This delicious vegan chocolate bark is the easiest healthy dessert that only takes five minutes to prepare!
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- pumpkin seeds
- dried apricots- chopped
Start by melting the chocolate.
Next, spread it over a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper.
Then sprinkle the nuts and dried fruit on top.
Place the chocolate bark in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
Then break it up by either cutting it with a knife, or breaking it up with your hands.
