Vegan Chocolate Chip Pancakes Recipe

These vegan chocolate chip pancakes are so incredibly easy to make and one of my favorite breakfast recipes I have ever made!

- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar I used coconut
- 1 cup dairy free milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Combine your dry ingredients first and mix them well.
Then add in the coconut oil and milk.
Once they are combined, fold in the chocolate chips.
Let the mixture sit for a few minutes so the baking powder can activate.
Grease a pan with some coconut oil and turn the heat on to medium.
Then take ¼ cup scoop to make each pancake. Cook for a few minutes on each side and then flip.
Top with some plant based butter and maple syrup.
