Pancake Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • dash of salt
  • 1 cup dairy free milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 heaping cup of shredded apple

Caramelized Apple Topping

  • 2 small apples
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla



  • Combine all of the pancake ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Set aside for five minutes so the batter can set.
  • Grease your pan with coconut oil and add about 1/4 cup of batter to the pan.
  • Cook for a few minutes and flip.
  • This recipe makes about seven pancakes.

Caramelized Apples

  • Chop the apples into small pieces.
  • To a pan, add the coconut oil, maple, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  • Mix them well and then add the sliced apples.
  • Cook until you see the apples start to caramelize. Usually about ten minutes over medium heat.
  • Stack up the pancakes and add the caramelized apples on top.
