Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients

  • 6-8 cups watermelon about a medium sized watermelon
  • ½ lime
  • 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • ½ cup canned coconut milk

Instructions

  • First, start by cutting up your watermelon into small cubes.
  • Then line the watermelon cubes on a tray and freeze them for a few hours, until they are completely frozen.
  • After your watermelon cubes have frozen, add them to a blender. Also add the lime juice, sugar, and coconut milk.
  • Blend everything until it is smooth.
  • Transfer the watermelon sorbet into a pan, then freeze it one more time. It's best if you leave it to freeze overnight, but mine froze after 4-5 hours.
  • Once the watermelon sorbet is frozen, add it to a bowl, top with GoodPop Watermelon Agave Pops, and some fresh fruit and enjoy :)
