Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup cashew butter
  • ¼ cup plant protein
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¾ cup freeze dried raspberries

Instructions
 

  • To a large bowl, add the coconut shreds, cashew butter, plant protein powder, and maple syrup and combine them well.
  • Then add the freeze dried raspberries. They will break up into pieces as you mix them, which is what you want.
  • Form the mixture into balls and refrigerate for about one hour.
