- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup cashew butter
- ¼ cup plant protein
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¾ cup freeze dried raspberries
To a large bowl, add the coconut shreds, cashew butter, plant protein powder, and maple syrup and combine them well.
Then add the freeze dried raspberries. They will break up into pieces as you mix them, which is what you want.
Form the mixture into balls and refrigerate for about one hour.
