Start by crushing your pretzels. I used a food processor to crush mine.
Add the crushed pretzels to a large bowl. Save a few tablespoons to top the truffles.
Next, add the peanut butter, sugar, and flour to the bowl and mix it well. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes so the mixture is easier to mold. Add a few tablespoon of flour or more crushed pretzels if the mixture is still too runny.
Then, form the mixture into balls.
Melt your dark chocolate, and dip each ball into the chocolate.
Top each chocolatey truffles with more crushed pretzels.
Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens and enjoy?
