  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • dairy free milk
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine your instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
  • Using a hand mixer, beat the ingredients for 3-5 minutes until you have a thick, fluffy texture.
  • Pour ice and dairy free milk into your glass. Then pour the coffee.
