Combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl.
Blend until smooth & then pop them in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
Add the brown rice cereal to the peanut butter mix and combine.
Transfer this mixture to a small square or rectangular baking sheet and cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After the rice crispy treats have cooled, cut them into rectangular pieces.
Melt the chocolate.
Dip the bottom of the treats into chocolate and lay on a baking sheet to cool. Do this until all of the treats have been dipped in chocolate.
Add the remaining melted chocolate to a ziplock baggie.
Cut off a small corner of the bag and drizzle the remaining chocolate on top of the treats.
Refrigerate the treats for at least another 30 minutes, until the chocolate hardens.
